With no frontier between kitchen and dining room, we open ourselves to a proposal completely à la carte, with the dynamism that these times need. For those who are not comfortable with the steps of a tasting menu, there is now the extreme freedom to choose another rhythm.
There is a way to live another experience in CHILA.

Our Tasting menu by definition is a whole presented in parts, emphasizing different stories, products, techniques and sensations that we seek to tell or achieve.
The experience is designed to extend beyond the plate. It can be defined only by being experienced.
